Ya Allah ya Tuhan ku..
fash rasa sedih sangat..
ni lah effect nya duduk je rumah..
berat makin hari makin bertambah..

* need to be discipline if I want to diet *
yes, kena lah berdisiplin kalau nak diet..
diet bukan tak makan apa..
makan dalam kuantiti yang sikit,
then,
NO fast food,
NO junk food,
NO soft drinks,
LESS sugar in drinks
DO EXERCISE EVERYDAY!!
* still have 2months before new semester & a month before fasting month *
not possible untuk loss weight kalau fash buat semua ni continuously..
fash needs to do this!
* eat less calories food & more vegetables && fruits *
pray for fash supaya fash dapat kurangkan berat badan..
fash admit that fash dah makin gemuk..
sedih sangat..
